How on-site teppanyaki catering works
There is no dining room to reserve. A chef travels to your address with a teppan, groceries, and a timed plan.
1. Leave your email and phone
We call you back to confirm the date, city, guest count, and travel from Los Angeles. You do not need to send a full brief on the first form.
2. Pay the deposit and lock the menu
A $50 deposit holds the chef. Confirm proteins at least 72 hours ahead. Photos of the yard beat long emails.
3. We arrive early and cook in view
The chef sets the teppan, cooks in courses or as a station, then packs out grease and tools.
What you should prepare
Seating, drinks, music, and parking are yours. Allergies and HOA rules should be in writing. If the path from the street includes stairs, say so.
