Summer afternoons get hot. We prefer evening start times, shade, and extra water on site. A covered patio or a late-day backyard is better than a noon cook in July. Winter fog is manageable with lighting and a dry pad.

If you are in Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, or Elk Grove, say so on the booking form. Tahoe and wine-country addresses are possible as destination days with a travel fee and an overnight plan.
