Southern California still allows comfortable patio dinners most winters. We can also cook in a garage with the door open, a covered patio, or a well-ventilated indoor space when the venue allows it. Smoke control and CO safety are part of the walkthrough, not an afterthought.

Holiday tables usually mix kids, in-laws, and coworkers. We plan a steak-and-chicken core, a shrimp option, and a vegetarian plate that is not an afterthought. If someone keeps kosher, halal, or a strict allergy, we need that in writing before we shop.

Traffic and chef hours are the constraint, not enthusiasm. We cluster bookings around Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. If your date is fixed, send it now so we can hold a chef.
