On-site hibachi catering in Silicon Valley

Available. Chefs travel from Los Angeles — this is a longer trip, not a local hub. Silicon Valley dates are quoted the same way as the rest of California: 20 miles included from Los Angeles, then a flat $40.

Silicon Valley hospitality is often a house, a rented loft, or a private patio — not a restaurant buyout. We cook in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and San Jose.

Teams use us for candidate dinners, customer visits, and offsites where the host wants a timed meal and a little theater. Families book the same chefs for weekend birthdays.

Vendor paperwork

Campus and leased-building events can require COI, vendor onboarding, and sometimes an NDA. Send those documents early. The cooking is the easy part. Badge access at 4 p.m. on a Thursday is what slips if nobody owns it.

Homes on the Peninsula

Many Peninsula lots have mature trees and narrow side yards. We need a photo of the path from the street and a note about HOA rules. Los Altos and Saratoga backyards are usually straightforward. Townhouse communities near Caltrain can be tighter.

Timing around commute patterns

101 and 280 still shape the day. We schedule load-in so the chef is not setting a grill in the dark after a two-hour crawl. If your dinner is in San Jose and you can start at 6:00 instead of 7:30, the food and the show are better.
